Seth Grumet, Chairman
Seth is the founding Director of STOMP The Monster™, which was formed when he began battling Hodgkin's Lymphoma.
He is the owner of Matrix Distributors, Inc. a distributor of generic pharmaceuticals and medical supplies to pharmacies across the US, with offices in East Brunswick, NJ and Glasgow, KY.
Seth earned his BS in Life Science from Glassboro State College/Rowan University. He is a resident of Marlboro, and enjoys cycling, open water swimming (especially at the Jersey Shore), running, mountain biking, and triathlons but most of all spending time with wife Margie and children Mariah, Madelyn, and Stevie.

Dan Fishman
Dan is an entrepreneur and business builder with a history of managing and growing successful enterprise and channel sales organizations in the telecommunications industry. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Clover Communications Management, a telecommunications company serving enterprise businesses globally. Prior to starting Clover, Dan held sales and management positions with MCI, AT&T and Verizon, consistently winning President's Club awards while selling best-of-breed telecom products, managed services and security solutions to multi-location enterprises.
Dan has been an evangelist for several philanthropic and non-profit initiatives, personally recruiting corporate sponsors and other donors to participate in various charitable events and causes. He has been the fundraising and sponsorship coordinator for the Sandy Hookers Triathlon Club and the sponsorship coordinator for Team Brandon, an organization that helps people with disabilities become more involved in independent living and everyday activities. He also has raised thousands of dollars for the Best Friends Animal Society, an animal sanctuary and grass roots organization dedicated to placing dogs and cats that were considered "unadoptable" into good homes. He is a founding Board Member of STOMP The Monster™.
Dan earned his B.S. in Psychology from Ursinus College in Collegeville, PA. He is very active in the New Jersey-New York marathon and triathlon scene, completing the Ironman Lake Placid triathlon and the Walt Disney, ING, New York City, Chicago and Philadelphia marathons, as well as numerous 5K events.
He is a devoted husband to his lovely wife Amy (who is consistently at his side during marathons and triathlons), the father of DC and Sophia, and a persistent motivator to couch-potato friends and colleagues who need a "push" to train and participate in 5K runs. Dan and his family are residents of Old Bridge.

Joanne Jaeger, PE, CIH
Joanne is Sr. Director of Enterprise Risk Management, Operations for Johnson & Johnson. In this role, she provides enterprise-wide strategic oversight to sustain and improve J&J's capability to effectively mitigate operational risk that may compromise J&J's business continuity. The scope includes operational risk management across J&J's broad network of manufacturing, R&D, distribution, and office locations, including corporate support functions and strategic suppliers. Joanne is an approved Business Continuity Planning (BCP) assessor for J & J, and has conducted assessments of critical J&J manufacturing operations throughout the world.
Joanne is active in many business and community organizations. She is past-Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Adult Day Center of Somerset County and Vice President of the Somerset County Park Commission. She is a founding Board Member of STOMP The Monster™ and is a member of the Advisory Board of PlanSmart NJ. She is the past State Chair for the Employers Legislative Committee (ELC) of NJBIA, and served as Somerset ELC Chair from 1998 thru 2009. She was named Outstanding Woman in Business/Management by the Somerset County Commission on the Status of Women in 2001.
Joanne earned her BS in Chemical Engineering (Biochemical Option) from Rutgers University in New Brunswick. She is a licensed Professional Engineer, and a Certified Industrial Hygienist. She is Green Belt-certified and Black Belt-trained in Six Sigma.
As a long-time survivor of Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Joanne appreciates the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. She and her husband Bruce are regular competitors in running races and triathlons throughout the tri-state area. She is the proud mother of two grown children, Katie and Peter. She and Bruce live in Branchburg with Ella, their Golden Retriever.

Frank LaRocca, Esq.
Frank is a Certified Matrimonial Law attorney and one of the leading practitioners of family law in the State of New Jersey. In addition to representing clients across the state, Mr. LaRocca is also a sought-after speaker and writer on wide range of family- and divorce-related issues including equitable distribution of asset, child custody, and pre-nuptial agreements.
Frank is a founding member of the Frank W. LaRocca Memorial Foundation, which is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that supports lung cancer research and scholarships to local students who have lost a parent to cancer. In addition to his legal and charitable work, he is also a founding Board Member of STOMP The Monster™.
Frank coaches his daughter's soccer team and serves as an elected official in Marlboro, New Jersey.
He earned a B.A. in Psychology from William Paterson University, and his Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law.

Marcel Legrand
Marcel is currently Chief Executive Officer of RealMatch Ltd., the first and largest recruitment ad network / job board of its kind connecting job seekers and employers across the Internet. Prior to joining RealMatch, Marcel was a partner in Blackfin Capital, a $250M private venture fund investing in and operating several business service & technology businesses. Early in his career, Marcel experienced successful 14-year tenure as an executive for Monster Worldwide. In his last position there, he served as Sr. Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Planning for Monster Worldwide; responsible for the overall strategic and directional influence of the business in addition to overseeing global partnerships, acquisitions, and expansion efforts. Marcel currently serves as a board member for several Tiger Global and Warburg Pincus portfolio companies and has governance experience on several non-profit boards. As a founding Board Member and Treasurer for STOMP The Monster™, he administrates fiscal matters of the organization, provides planning and budget support and ensures proper development and board review of financial policies & procedures.
Marcel holds an MBA and also received a Master's Degree in Economics & International Business from Columbia University.
Always & forever husband of Stacey and father of Max, Landon and Owen, he enjoys reading magazines, soccer (playing & coaching), competitive triathlons, time with friends and eating dessert first! Marcel is a resident of Marlboro.

Kenny Pace
Kenny is the Director of Sales for Lamart Corporation, a NJ-based manufacturer of flexible laminates serving the Aerospace Industry.
He earned a BS in Business from Glassboro State College/Rowan University.
He is a founding Board Member of STOMP The Monster™ and a supporter of the JT Foundation.
Kenny is a resident of Westfield, and loves to spend time with his family - wife Donna and daughter Lexie (6). He also enjoys surfing, training, and triathlons.

Shara Rudner R.Ph., FIACP, FACA, FACVP
Shara is President of Belvidere Pharmacy since 1996, where she oversees all operations and acts as the principle practitioner liaison. She is part of the adjunct faculty and /or preceptor for Rutgers University, Ernest Mario College of Pharmacy, Long Island University, College of Pharmacy, Everest Institute, and Sanford Brown Institute.
Shara holds a BS in Pharmacy from the University of Rhode Island, College of Pharmacy. She is a fellow of the International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists (IACP), the American College of Apothecaries (ACA), and the American College of Veterinary Pharmacists (ACVP). She currently serves on the PCAB Accreditation Committee; as secretary of the NJ Pharmacists Association Academy of Compounding Pharmacists; as the Regional Director of the ACA; as the President-elect of the IACP Foundation; and on the IACP ethics committee.
Shara has received numerous professional awards, including Professional Compounding Centers of America's (PCCA) Pharmacist of the Month, January 2001; ACVP's Earl W. "Bill" Bradley Award for Outstanding Service to Veterinary Pharmacy 2008; Belvidere Pharmacy, PCAB Accredited Compounding Pharmacy, March 2007; NJ Pharmacists Association's 2010 Excellence In Innovative Pharmacy Practice Award, November 2010. , and is a regular presenter at professional conferences. She is a founding Board Member of STOMP The Monster™.
Shara is a resident of Edison, and enjoys spending time with her husband Mike and daughters Rebecca and Sammi. She officially joined the multi-sport lifestyle when she completed her first triathlon in 2010.

Andi Grumet Sawin
Andi has spent over a decade teaching and coaching, including Lacrosse Coach at Westfield High School and Drew University; Swim Coach at Kent Place High School, and Physical Education Teacher at Rutgers Preparatory School and Kent Place High School. She also spent 4 years as a Registered Dietitian.
She earned a BS in Dietetics from the University of Rhode Island, and a Masters in Public Health from the University of Hawaii, and is a founding Board Member of STOMP The Monster™.
Andi is a resident of Basking Ridge, NJ. When she's not spending time with husband Curtis and children Shane, Cameron, and Blake, she enjoys triathlons, snowboarding, and hiking. |

Stefanie Schneider
Stefanie has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Syracuse University and an MSW from New York University. She has worked as a medical social worker at NYU Medical Center, Beth Israel North, and Kessler Institute. Currently she is wife to Marc and busy mother to her 3 beautiful children: Emma, Benjamin, and Zachary.
Stefanie is an active PTO member at her children's school, serving as vice president of fundraising for 2 years. She is a crazy soccer mom and is active in her local community of Marlboro.
Stefanie enjoys running and all types of group fitness, including spinning and boxing. She completed the 2010 NYC marathon and has her sights set on a triathlon in the future!!!
